Word on the street is that the first black Disney princess was just unveiled! Her movie is set to hit theatres in 2009! I like to think it was because of my tireless campaigning!
So at my mother’s request, and in honor of “Maddy,” I offer you from the b’eaw archives my very short play, Off-Duty Disney Princesses.
If you can believe it, it was actually produced in Toronto last year. Eh? AND THE FREEZE-DRIED GHOST HEAD OF WALT DISNEY AND HIS SNORTING LIVING BLOOD-THIRSTY ATTORNEYS HAVE NOT YET SHOWN UP ON MY DOORSTEP!!!
My goodness, I can’t think of a better way to celebrate St. Patty’s Day! So relevant! So topical!
