Bless you, BEAW angels
December 24th, 2008
Dear BEAW angels,
I have a new tub faucet and showerhead. And, you know, some shiny new pipes that have something to do with the first two items.
More importantly,
I have YOU.
I had no idea when I began writing this blog in 2005 that it would change my life. Spot the Wonder Dog calls me out when I get too corny, but Wonder doggone it, I just can’t help it.
You are friends, true friends, and I am so blessed.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. For your words, your plumber donations, your compassion.
You’re extraordinary.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Kick-Ass Kwanzaa, and anything else that means something to you. I celebrate what you celebrate, because I celebrate you.
Love and peace and blessings,
Jenn
P.S. THE NEW TUB FAUCET JUST FLEW OFF LIKE A MISSILE. Oh yes! Yes! It’s hilarious. Merry unshowered Christmas! I feel worse for the poor plumber who’s been dispatched on Christmas Eve.

You have brought me so many smiles and tears of joy, relief that it’s not just me who feels like that, and enjoyment through your writing. It makes me happy to know that each of us giving back a tiny bit can make it that much smoother.
Hope you have many family hugs and love, laughter, and at the very least, feel a little better this week.

I had to come back and view the comments of the previous post. The love - the miracles! - out there just gives me warm chills all over. Happy Hanukkah (and Merry Christmas Eve) to you and your beautiful, blessed girls. “Blessed are you, Lord our God, King of the universe, who wrought miracles for our fathers in days of old, at this season.”

To 2009 may it bring us all joy, health and if nothing else the odd poop story to make us laugh.

Sending many blessings, hugs, and lots of virtual mac and cheese to you and the girls, Jenn.
Thank you for sharing YOU with us. Besides, corny is good…I cry at Hallmark commercials, dang it.

A very happy Thing to you! It is all the same, really, isn’t it, when you look at it? We are all celebrating family and history and love and tradition. Oh, and eating too much. I like to celebrate that a lot.
Which is appropriate because my security code is “gut u.”
Much love from over here to all of y’all over there!

Merry Christmas, dumpling. I hope this finds you and your beautiful baby girls and the Mater all snuggled happily in a warm (dry) house together. I promised the procrastinating Italian who was six months in paying me for work on his web site that I would give him credit for any donations I made with the money he finally put in my PayPal account, so this tiny (Tim) gift is from me and Alessio, and may it help in some small way. God bless us, every one!

Oh good, it worked! I had a Barack Obama feeling about it: a little from everyone would end up being a lot, or at least enough. I’m glad I was right.
God I hope 2009 is better for you and the girls.
